We are now helping our client to interview for a senior manager and regional payroll specialist. This firm is one of the most prestigious Investment Manager in the world and well known for taking very good care of their staff. There office is based in Admiralty although they have other offices in the Americas, Asia and Europe. This role is most suited to someone who is used to working independently and who uses initiative to solve problems.

Who should apply for this?

  • Anyone with 15 years ++ in accounting focused on payroll
  • We will also consider an HR C&B specialist
  • Ideally someone who has worked with regional payroll and tax
  • You will need to be from a Financial Institution
  • Ideally profile that demonstrates exposure to carry/stock program calculations
  • A near native English speaker (no other language is needed)
  • Someone with a high level of attention to detail
  • A candidate looking to move into a leadership role
  • A candidate who prefers an international work culture

What will you do?

  • This role reports to the head of the Executive Director – Finance
  • You will be focused on everything necessary to support staff compensation
  • Assist the Executive Director to lead the payroll team
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to implement C&B processes
  • Help support the company as it grows in headcount and complexity
  • At the moment, this role will require you to be very hands on
  • You will need to be okay with manual data input into Excel
  • You’ll work on carry, bonus and budget calculations and make recommendations
